Returns Policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, the products can be returned within 2 days from delivery. Any shipping costs are not refundable. In order to be eligible for a refund, all products must be in excellent condition and be accompanied by all documents (retail receipt, invoice, etc.)
You can choose between changing the ordered product or refund.

Refunds
Refunds are made promptly within 5 business days of the item being returned and received. Refunds are only made on the original credit card or Paypal account used when ordering. Processing time varies depending on the bank and the type of credit card.

In the case of repeated consumer returns Ceramico Athens reserves the right to refuse the product refund due to abuse.
In the unfortunate event where goods arrive damaged and/or faulty, please contact us within 24 hrs. Photographic proof of breakage or damage will be request.
ATTENTION! Refund is not applicable on discounted products or products that have been purchased with the use of a discount code.
