General Info

All our kitchenware is made from carefully selected , non-toxic, food-safe clays and glazes. Sudden changes in temperature is likely to cause thermal shock, which will damage ceramic object. Dishwasher safe.

Due to the nature of handmade products, please expect slight variation to the products images displayed.

Back orders:
If pieces are not in stock we can make them to order. Turnaround time is generally around 2~3 weeks + delivery. For requests please contact us by e-mail.

Shipping

Packages are dispatched within 3-5 working days after receipt of payment is received
(excludes Saturday & Sunday). An email notification with the tracking number will be sent once the order has been shipped.

Returns and Exchnages

In the unfortunate event where goods arrive damaged and/or faulty, please contact us
within 24 hrs. Photographic proof of breakage or damage will be request.

In case for other reasons refund ( touch & feel ), please contact us within 2 days. All goods has to be refund in unused condition and in the original, undamaged packaging (or packaging of the same quality). Refunds will not include the original postage & handling
costs.

Allow us up to 5 working days for your refund to be processed.

Refunded goods are requested to send via Registered Post, to ensure the goods can be
traced.

Please note that return postage costs are the buyer’s responsibility and will be refunded
only if goods are faulty or an error has been made on our part.
